Trailer Storyboards

I just came across these old storyboards as I am going through old Sensored files and folders gathering materials that will be needed for distribution. Every distributor is different, but we wanted to get a head start on making sure we have things together like our publicity items (Still photos, press releases, TV spots, deleted scenes, posters, postcards, artwork, ect.), documentation items (Final shooting script, chain of title, credit block, ect.) cast and crew lists and the lists upon lists that continues on. I digressed. It is interesting to revisit these original storyboards from our first teaser we shot to help show investors our vision.  This was way back in 2007 and for those of you that have seen the film, you'll agree that many of the shots Ryan put in these storyboards, ended up in the final cut of the film.

These were created long before we knew we would be shooting on the RED camera, before we knew Robert Picardo would be Wade Mixon and before the excitement of having a finished film with great visuals, actors that brought it, original music and a 5.1 Dolby surround sound mix. It is fun to look back to the past, while dreaming of the future.

Finishing Touches!

We spent our 4th of July holiday in Hollywood finishing up the sound design and incorporating the music into our film. I continue to feel very lucky that the most talented people have given so much of themselves into this project. Marcus Zalewski, words cannot describe how excited we were to hear your sound design and how much fun we had working with you. The Dolby 5.1 rocked! You are a very talented guy and you truly made the sound another character. Thanks for hooking us up in the "big room."  You spoiled us, but made us realize that dreams do come true.

Alexis Grapsas, also thanks to you for again working on additional music in a very short timeframe. The composition is so strong and really sets up the audience to brace themselves or take a breath.  It was great to finally meet the Composer that was hired from Craigslist and that had risen to top of over 150 resumes and demos.
